"Warmth & Gratitude: A Thanksgiving Goods Gathering by Local Nakamal"
We're inviting everyone in our beloved Sheridan community to participate in this meaningful cause. Your contributions can make a significant difference in someone's life this holiday season. Here's how you can be a part of this wonderful initiative:
Ways to participate:
-
Donate Thanksgiving Meal Items: We're collecting traditional Thanksgiving meal components to ensure everyone in our community can enjoy a festive and nourishing holiday meal. Items like turkeys, stuffing, cranberry sauce, canned vegetables, and pumpkin pies are greatly appreciated.
-
Winter Apparel Donations: As the temperature drops, the need for warm clothing rises. We're seeking new or gently used coats, scarves, gloves, and hats to help keep our neighbors warm this winter.
-
Monetary Contributions: If you prefer, monetary donations are also welcome. These funds will be used to purchase additional food and winter apparel for those in need.
-
Volunteer Your Time: We're also looking for volunteers to help organize and distribute donations during the event.
